Thanks Mike, mine will look more like yours that the one I show above, I am only doing bottom wing ailerons, Mark at OSMW says it flies very scale like that way. I am going to make the gun and exhaust pipe to look scale like. Several places have the color I am going to use, exactly like yours, I treated the FA 40-a to a new RMJ ring and BOCA hard chrome bearings.

Nice plane, perfect engine.

Had the ancient LT40 out yesterday. Got 7 flights in at about 20 minutes each.

Also powered by a very old FA-72. This one still has it's factory ring. Must be the fuel

Great stuff and thanks for your kind comments. The LT 40 is also a nice plane. I've never owned one but watched many videos down through the years and read lots of stuff on the different forums. Your Saito 72 is still going strong and that is testimony to how good and efficient the Saito engines are. I absolutely love them.

This guy makes a 1/6th scale Lewis Gun for $12 if interested. They are 3D printed and you paint and assemble them.

Is that a Saito FA Hunnert?
Seems I sent you a new carb for a Saito 100 a few years ago.

No sir, all yours. IIRC you had a carb that got tight to turn when the mount screws were torqued down.

The 100 has that tall and lean look. Vent looks good.
